Crafty Thursdays: Christmas Recap

Since this month is full of celebrations and familiness, Crafty Thursdays is going retro for the month. But fear not, because the giveaways will continue every week for this month. After all, it is the season of giving. We will return with a new craft on Thursday, January 1st to start the New Year right.

Today we are recapping our Christmas in July mystery and book themed ornament series and giving away one of the clock face ornaments. We made four Christmas ornaments and here they are:

1) Book Page/Map Ornaments

2) Clock Face Ornaments

3) Old Watch Photo Ornaments

4) Wrapped Present Ornaments

To be entered in the giveaway (US residents only), tell us what you're favorite book was this year. It didn't have to come out this year. You just had to read it this year. We will be posting the answers later this month.

  1. I loved reading Dae's Christmas Past by Joyce and Jim Lavene. It was a combination of lore and holiday.

  2. Wow! That is like asking which is my favorite child. I don't have children, but have read over 100 books this year. Most are cozy mysteries which entertain while reading, but the only lasting effect is that I want to read the next one by that author. Because my name appears in Double Strike by Gretchen Archer, that will be my favorite. Bobbipad@gmail.com

  4. Such a difficult question. I'll go with the latest book in my favorite series...A Vision in Velvet by Juliet Blackwell. But there were so many other wonderful books-and shhh-don't let any of my other favorite authors know they weren't my tippy top choice... cozyupwithkathy @ gmail dot com
