Bloody, Bloody Marys

I was recently at the Kendall Jackson Heirloom Tomato Festival with some friends of mine (Amy, Brad and Jo Ann) and one of the food booths had virgin Bloody Marys served in the midst of a fake crime scene. As far as foodie crimes scenes go, it was pretty fun, so I thought I'd share.

The Bloody Marys were fabulous, full of flavor and came with a bite of pork belly. The recipe and the booth were created by the team at the John Ash & Co restaurant at Vintners Inn in Santa Rosa, California. If you can't make it to Santa Rosa, never fear, the recipe is below. The Bloody Mary recipe doesn't look too hard. The pork belly, well, that looks a little more complicated.
