Worst Case Scenario Advice

I have these wonderful post cards from the early 2000s from the Worst Case Scenario handbook. They tell you useful things like how to jump from a sinking car or how to survive a poisonous snake bite. It's a fun resource for writing, not sure how reliable they would be in an actual dangerous situation.
