Williams Sonoma Skull Cakes


Just in time for Halloween, Williams Sonoma has these skeleton cake pans in stock. The big skeleton cake (above) is impressive, but I have to say my experience with the cake pans where you have two sides of cake and frost them together has not been a good one. For some reason keeping the cakes together has eluded me. You might have more skills than I do in this area. 


These fool proof mini skeleton cakes are more my baking style. It helps to use a little flour or non-stick spray in the pan before you fill them.
