If you are on highway 17 in South Carolina, going through a town called Murrells Inlet, you might just pass by this sign for the Mickey Spillane Waterfront 17 highway.
It's a beautiful stretch of coast with a salt marsh nature preserve, fabulous sea food restaurants and beautiful beaches. It's a place that Mickey Spillane called home. And now these signs help make a wonderful tribute to a great writer.
