Downton Abbey Jewelry

The people in charge of licensing for Downton Abbey seem do being a terrifically good job. At Christmastime they produced wine, biscuits and Christmas crackers and now, according to the Telegraph, you can rent Lady Mary's wedding tiara shown above. To rent the piece you must put down a deposit of approximately $209,075 (125,000 british pounds) and pay $2090.75 (1250 british pounds) per day. Here's a close up of the tiara:

If that is a little over your budget and you still want the Downton Abbey look, You can head over to Macy's where they have an entire line of Downton Abbey licensed jewelry ranging from $20-$50.

  1. I don't watch the show but I love this type of antique-looking jewelry so I'll be going to Macy's.
